Steam provides a dedicated page for game developers to input information about their game's content, allowing Steam to determine the appropriate age restriction. According to Steam's rules, it does not display any age restrictions except for two exceptions (listed below). However, users must be at least 13 years old to create a Steam account. Therefore, considering the horror and suspense elements in this game, I believe 13+ is a suitable minimum age.
That being said, since this is a horror game, some moments may be intense. I recommend parental supervision or having a parent review the game beforehand.
If your question is about setting an age restriction for a YouTube video, as far as I know, simply selecting 'No' for the question 'Is this content made for kids?' should be sufficient.
